Adapt or Die, Innovate or Cry, Accelerate or Fry

Back in my younger days I was a track star, and I can remember putting in grueling workouts, sometimes running up to 15 miles in a day. During these extended distance runs you learn something, you learn that you can’t quit if you ever hope to end.
