There are many things that you can do to develop positive self esteem if you are struggling. The main body to know is that your thoughts effect how you feel, and you control your thoughts. If you reckon negative thoughts about yourself than you may feel sad and depressed and have low self esteem. Developing self esteem often comes by changing your negative thoughts about yourself to positive ones until you eventually like yourself. It is a action that is not always simple however will lead to loving yourself and increasing your self confidence.
